Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is a «global social phenomenon» that challenges basic concepts of the legal and political order such as that of legal security. This article proposes a reflection on the scope of the impact on the two classic dimensions of the concept of legal security —as certainty and as a guarantee— and some lines of response.
