Abstract

This articles aims to contribute to the discussion within legal epistemology, and particularly its dogmatic. Its main focus is the study of the evolutionary setting of the dogma within the Greek resources, and so on, we confirm that, with an approach and an integration of the dogma in the legal framework, this becomes a rule of conduct frequently accepted, which is composed with individual and individualized opinions
