Abstract

The sentence of the Supreme Court 14 October 2019, 459/2019 (reporting judge: Honorable Mr. Manuel Marchena) dealt with the aforementioned Catalan independence process, among other crimes, having as central point the rebellion crime, rejecting expressly that the crime was commited according to these facts.
