EL DERECHO A LA NEGOCIACIÓN COLECTIVA EN EL MARCO DE LA FLEXISEGURIDAD

Abstract

The necessary balance between flexibility and security in the labour relations (flexisecurity) is possible to obtain with collective bargaining. In this sense, the first part of the present work analyzes which are the actual relations between State Law and collective bargaining in Spain, in order to furnish some solutions to the main problems detected in the collective bargaining system. The second part develops critically the bargainig experiences of the last years about the main aspects of the flexisecurity, tracing some keys to advance in the necessary bargainig interchange.
