Abstract

Intellectual copyright research has generated a constant sense of bewilderment, the impression that problems arising from the way it is structured remain unresolved. Added to this is the convincing dogmatic certainty that the approach taken is mistaken: firstly, there is the confusion caused by the fact that the object of copyright protection is an intangible asset, secondly the recurrent debate concerning the legal nature of intellectual copyright.
