LA MEDIACIÓN Y LOS CONFLICTOS DE FAMILIA A LA LUZ DE LA LEY ANDALUZA DE MEDIACIÓN FAMILIAR

Abstract

Mediation has in recent times become the most appropriate mechanism for resolving family confl icts. Conflicts that arise in private among family members is regulated by the Andalusia Family Mediation Act (Ley Andaluza de Mediación Familiar). However, this regulation makes clear once again that the absence of common criteria in this matter, and consideration of mediation as a global mechanism for confl ict resolution, calls for a National Mediation Act, not focused exclusively on the family
