Abstract

Gradually but steadily, the General Council of the Judiciary has been expanding the scope of its regulatory powers. A recent Supreme Court decision has put a limit on this dynamic of expansion, stating that the Council has no jurisdiction with respect to passing a regulation on the market for reuse of legal rulings.
