Abstract

Th e bankruptcy of married person shows legal specialties dealt with in this paper, in order to connect the bankruptcy rules with those of matrimonial regime of the Civil code and Autonomous Communities. Presumptions of donation between spouses who married in separation of assets regime, preferential attributions, besides the regulation of the bankruptcy of married person with community regime are issues also discussed in this paper, in which the new features introduced in Law 38/2011 October 10 of the Insolvency Law Reform are highlighted
