Abstract

Project Spanish Penal Code reform will mean, if approved, a historic setback. Virtually all criminal principles are going to be severely affected, if not denied. Especially the guilt principi once it is not going to mean the limit of the penalty, or it the legal consequences involving deprivation of liberty. The danger becomes the primary basis for criminal and incapacitation response in primary reason. The social rehabilitation constitutional mandates and humanity are completely ignored.

It also announced a reform of the regulation of abortion that will ignore motherhood as a woman’s free choice and will make it into a being of the fetus condition worse, ignoring the doctrine of the Constitutional Court
