Abstract

Coincidencies and differences between the rebellion and te sedition crimes. Departing from and accepting the facts declared proven, it is argued that such the objective element of the crime (the level of violence) like the subjective element (purpose) were met. Review of the criminal responsibility of legal bodies in relation to the crime of disobedience. Hearings were developed with great respect for human rights. The non-existence of a «right to decide» is reassured
